The Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP) is a non-profit organization based in the UK and has many members in all countries. Those members who pass the strict professional criteria become full association members.

AIHHP required a professional Internet presence and a portal for their full member associates to gain and edit certain sensitive information which where to remain out of the public sector. Information such as AGM agendas/minutes, meeting agendas/minutes and member events. Also the ability for full members to edit their personal healthcare center details was required.

NetBop created a bespoke members system which would fulfil all of AIHHP's requests and created open possibilities for endless expansion in the future. Each of the individual full members where distributed unique Username and Passwords for a personalized members area.

Here members have the options to:

• Edit their Healthcare Center details
• View the Center details
• View pervious Minutes/Agendas
• Edit their e-mail address
• Bulk e-mail sending system

All information is updated in real-time on the website in the "Find A Hearing Aid Audiologist" section. The Members site is designed with open-ended options with numerous options, which could be explored for in the future (eg: Online Message boards or WebMail systems.)

For the general administration of the site a master control panel was also constructed to edit multiple user details, which was to be used by Site Admin only.

AIHHP also use the BopStats package and Search Engine Optimization Scheme.
